LABOR & MATERIAL
Unless stated below or on the invoice, we guarantee our labor & material on all repairs for 2 years.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED MATERIALS
There is no guarantee on customer supplied materials. Labor on the installation is guaranteed for 2 years. If the customer supplied material fails the labor is not guaranteed.

DISPOSALS
The disposal is guaranteed for the full duration of the warranty stated on the invoice by the technician. Labor is guaranteed for 2 years. Excludes blockages.

ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS
New electrical circuits, including breakers and wiring, are guaranteed for 5 years. All other devices (including but not limited to switches, plugs, lighting) are guaranteed for 2 years.

ELECTRICAL SERVICE CHANGES
Electrical service changes, including the panel and breakers, are guaranteed for 5 years.

FAUCET REPAIRS
All brass stem & seat faucet repairs are guaranteed for 30 days. Cartridge style faucets are guaranteed for 2 years unless otherwise stated on the invoice by the technician.

FAUCETS- WOLVERINE BRASS
Wolverine Brass faucets have a life time guarantee against dripping and a 2 year guarantee on the faucet finish. Labor is guaranteed for 2 years.

INSTALLATIONS
See proposal and manufacturer's paperwork for more details on Boiler, Evaporative Cooler, Furnace and Air Conditioner Installations. Manufacturer warranties and exclusions will apply.

LIGHT BULBS
There is no guarantee on any light bulb supplied by the customer or supplied by Brothers Plumbing & Heating, Inc.

SEWER & DRAIN CLEANING
All sewer and drain cleaning is guaranteed for 90 days unless otherwise stated on the invoice by the technician. Excludes abuse to drains such as grease. Clearing of plugged toilets will have a 24 hour guarantee unless otherwise stated on the invoice by the technician.

SPRINKLER WINTERIZATIONS
The sprinkler system must be started up by Brothers Plumbing & Heating, Inc. and the valve must be closed and our winterization tag present. If water drips out of drain port, the valve must be replaced to avoid freeze damage & voiding of guarantee.

WATER HEATERS
The tank, labor and material are guaranteed for the full duration of the warranty stated on the invoice by the technician.

WATER & SEWER LINE REPLACEMENTS
There is a 10 year guarantee on the labor and material for water & sewer line replacements. Excludes blockages.

WHOLE HOUSE WATER LINE RE-PIPES
There is a 10 year guarantee on copper pipe whole house water line re-pipes. All other labor and material is guaranteed for 2 years.

* EXCLUSIONS
Guarantees exclude required or suggested maintenance including but not limited to abuse, changing of filters, batteries, cleaning, winterizations, start ups. Also excluded is Freon locating, certifications, refrigerant levels without Freon leak location in a/c systems (not installed by us) and any work suggested by the technician but is not performed that might hinder the performance of the work done.
