On Saturday, May 14th Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Electric took place in a 5K run at Redstone College. The 5K run was to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project. We had great fun and helped to raise some money for a wonderful cause.
What Is The Wounded Warrior Project And What Do They Do?
The Wounded Warrior Project is an organization that helps injured veterans and their families with post-injury life. The mission statement of the organization is “To honor and empower Wounded Warriors”. Their vision is “To foster the most successful, well-adjusted generation of wounded service members in our nation’s history”.
