Can I sign up if I don’t have an Air Conditioner?
Yes! You would sign up as an HCC3 and receive visits for Plumbing, Furnace/Boiler, Electrical. Your monthly investment would remain the same.
Can I sign up for the Sprinkler Extended Care Plan without a Home Care Club Membership?
No. You may only sign up for the Sprinkler Plan if you have the Home Care Club Membership.
As a member, if you do not perform any work, do I still pay the show up fee?
Yes. Show up fees are waived for members only when work is completed, so if you have us come out and we do not do the repair, a show up fee still applies.
Will I receive the discount the day I sign up?
Yes! You will receive the discount the day you sign up if you have completed the agreement and pay the first monthly payment.
Can I cancel my Membership at any time?
There is a minimum one-year term to the Home Care Agreement. After one-year membership plans will auto renew on a month to month basis. If you terminate your agreement prior to one year your account will be debited the remaining months' worth of dues in one final payment. 30 days written or verbal advance notice is required for cancellations.
Do Home Care Club Membership apply to my commercial property?
No. Home Care Club Memberships are not applicable for commercial properties.
Do I need the Extra Equipment Extended Care Plan if I have 2 Water Heaters?
No! Multiple water heaters are covered under the Home Care Club Membership at no additional cost.
Is my Evaporative Cooler covered under my Home Care Club Membership?
Evaporative Coolers are not covered under the Home Care Club. Your monthly investment would not change. However, we WILL still perform startups, winterizations, repairs and installations and membership discounts will apply.
How can I pay my monthly Membership Fee?
The first month payment will be paid when you sign up. We accept credit/debit cards or you may pay with ACH deductions (Routing & Account information required). Monthly payment is processed on the 25th of each month.
Can I use coupons with my Membership?
No. Members receive waived show up fees and discounts on work and therefore may not also use additional discounts or coupons (unless it’s an exclusive member coupon) off of services.
What happens if I move within the Brothers service area?
The Home Care Club can be transferred to the new home owner provided monthly payments are made, otherwise the contract may be terminated. We can begin a new agreement at your new home.

I have multiple furnaces and air conditioners; do I need to sign up every piece of equipment in my home?
Yes! ALL Air conditioners, furnace/boilers MUST be covered under the Home Care Club with an add on of the Extended Care Plan for each additional Air Conditioner/Furnace/Boiler.
Will my first visit be performed the day I sign up?
The first visit will not be performed when the membership is sold, but we will perform and inspection of your system.
Can I prepay for my Membership?
No. Memberships payments are received monthly. We do not accept prepayment of the annual membership in advance.
If I do not have the Sprinkler Extended Plan do I receive discounts on sprinkler work?
Yes! You will receive the 10% discount for any Sprinkler startups, winterizations and repairs done.
