If, at any time you need service between your annual visits, call us right away for service and we will be out as soon as we can. As a Home Care Member, you will receive top scheduling priority over other non-member for repair. Safety inspections are not considered emergent and will be scheduled based on appointment availability. We are available 7 days a week and there is never an overtime charge! Monday- Friday 7am to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday 7am to 8pm with the exception of holidays.

No other discounts will apply with jobs, including but not limited to senior discounts, military discounts and coupons. Discounts do not apply to commerical equipment. If the sprinkler Extended Care Plans are not purchased the 10% discounts does not apply towards Sprinkler Start Up & Winterizations specials.

Club benefits, terms and conditions subject to change at any time without notice. Filter replacements are standard furnace paper filters, some restrictions apply. Show up fees waived only when work is completed. If no work is complete, show up fees still apply.

There is a minimum one-year term to the Home Care Agreement. After one-year membership plans will auto renew on a month to month basis. If you terminate your agreement prior to one year your account will be debited the remaining months' worth of dues in one final payment. 30 days written or verbal advance notice is required for cancellations. Monthly fees that are not paid in a timely manner will accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or 18% per annum. Attorney's fees, court costs and collections costs will be added, if an outside collection service is necessary. Refunds will not be issued on prepaid memberships for early termination or unused visits. Visits must be used no later than two months after the end of the membership period. Any unused visits after this time will be canceled or forfeited if the membership is not renewed. Discounts will not be honored outside of the membership period unless membership is renewed.
