Some organizations measure their impact in dollars. Northern Lights Little League measures theirs in innings, at-bats, and the look on a kid’s face when they round the bases for the first time.
Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Electric is honored to recognize Northern Lights Little League as our September Brothers Gives Back recipient.
Based in Thornton, Colorado, Northern Lights Little League (NLLL) is a 501(c)(3) organization formally affiliated with Little League International. Since 1966, NLLL has provided recreational community-based Baseball, Softball, and Challenger programs to local kids ages 4 to 16. Their Challenger Division is something special: an adaptive program that gives children with physical and developmental challenges the chance to step up to the plate alongside their peers. Because every kid deserves a spot on the roster.
Sixty years of putting kids first. That kind of dedication aligns directly with our own mission: to develop lasting relationships where everyone wins and show our team members, clients, and community that WE CARE
As part of the Brothers Gives Back program, each recipient also receives a copy of The Butterfly Effect by Andy Andrews. As Mr. Andrews writes, “Everything you do matters to all of us forever.” We believe that what Northern Lights Little League does matters. Sixty years of building community through youth sports is proof that one organization, one season, one kid at a time can change everything.
The Brothers Gives Back program is our way of putting Family, Care, and Excellence into action beyond the job site. Every month, a local nonprofit is nominated by our team members, clients, or community and selected to receive a donation and recognition through the program.

Together we have the power to change the world.
